We do not collect your calculation data
Every calculator on UAE Gratuity Calculator runs entirely in your web browser. When you enter a salary, a number of years of service, or any other figure into a calculator on this site, that number is never transmitted to our server, never stored in a database, and never shared with any third party. The moment you close the tab, it is gone. We built it this way deliberately: gratuity and salary figures are sensitive, and the simplest way to protect them is to never receive them in the first place.
Analytics and cookies
At the time of writing, this site does not run any analytics service, advertising script, or third-party tracking cookie. We do not use Google Analytics, social media pixels, or any comparable tool. If that changes in the future — for example, to add privacy-respecting analytics or advertising to keep this tool free — this policy will be updated first, and any such tool will be disclosed here before it is added.
Contact form
The one exception to "we collect nothing" is the contact form.
If you choose to submit it, the name, email address and message you provide are transmitted to
and stored by Formspree, our third-party form-processing provider, solely so that we can read
and reply to your message. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not
sell or share it. Reaching us by the mailto: link instead sends the message through
your own email provider, not through Formspree.
Hosting and server logs
Like virtually any website, pages on this site are served by a hosting provider that may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes. We do not access these logs to identify individual visitors, and they are not linked to anything you enter into a calculator, since that data never leaves your browser in the first place.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for instance, if we later add analytics or advertising — we will update the "last updated" date above and describe the change in this document. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
